Living Touch Massage studios are warm, inviting and secure. Our time is blocked in two hour increments to maintain a calm relaxed environment. Whether your massage session is 1-hour or 1 1/2 hours there will be ample time before and after when important conversations can occur and each client receives individual "not rushed" attention.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is primarily used for relaxation and warming muscle tissue for deeper forms of massage.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage combines medium pressure Swedish Massage and Myofasical Releases to release knots, improve muscle function and restoration and recovery from injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage combines deeper pressure Swedish Massage, Myofasical Releases, muscle stripping and stretching for health improvement, improved sports and daily performance as well as restoration and recovery from injury.
Thai Medical Massage:
Thai Medical Massage always booked as an 1 1/2 hour session. The client is dressed in their own loose fitting clothes. There are no lotions or oils are used. Thai Medical Massage is given on a mat on the floor. Thai Medical Massage works the body by using acupressure points in combination with muscle stretching for muscle reeducation. Thai Medical Massage body work involves different forms of touch, pressure, stretching and compression. The Thai Medical Massage technique is relaxing, improves flexibility and overall energy level.
Pregnancy Massage
Living Touch Massage has specially designed pregnancy cushions. Specialized cushions support the expectant mother so she is able to lay face down without putting pressure on the baby. Massage can be wonderful experience for the expectant mother from month 1 to birth, bringing relaxation and relief from the normal discomforts of pregnancy. Consult with your doctor to be sure massage is ok for you.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is manual manipulation of the lymphatic system to help flush and drain lymphatic fluid from the body. Lymphatic work can be used as a detoxification massage and is used as a medical treatment for lymphedema management.
Chair Massage
Chair massage can give you the lift that you need. In only 10 to 30 minutes it can address the common neck/shoulder pains experienced by people who spend time at a desk or computer. The Client remains fully clothed. No oils or lotions are used. Light to medium massage techniques are used to loosen tight muscles and lower stress.
Chair Massage is portable. Massage chairs can be set up in a public setting or an office. Ask how you can make chair massage part of a special event that you are planning.
Living Touch Massage has the option for scheduling double massages in the same room or in different rooms. This is an excellent way to introduce a spouse or friend to massage. Doubles are based on massage therapist availability. Advanced booking will help you get your preferred time.
